Design for networked learning – Paper summary

Red LightWell I have made numerous attempts at this article and I find myself getting more and more confuse the more I try to digest what Goodyear, Carvalhp and Dohn (2014) have to say.

In essence I think what they are trying to convey is that best practice when using networked technologies is achieved through purposefully planning.  This planning considers how best to use both physical things (such as networked technologies) and human resources to focus attention on the goal of the learning.   Planning also ensures the necessary scaffolding, tools and resources are available to support a learner through this process.

Of course I might be way off track…discussion welcome!
